These are everything you could ask for in a shortbread! They are buttery with quality vanilla and a slight crunch, they aren’t too sweet, and there’s a light smattering of salt on the top. I ordered a variety and I can’t pick a favorite. They also shipped fast and arrived unbroken with a thank you note and a sample of cookies. I would have never ordered the sample cookies, but they were so brilliant my mind is forever changed on lavender baked goods.
