A true shortbread cookie that is full of an array of spices including cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, ginger and even a little white pepper blended with some black tea and a delicious chai shortbread cookie is born.
These cookies are, as always, scrumptious. Serve them to guests when we have a dinner party.
