Hello, I recently tried your new Pumpkin Spice Cookies and I think the flavor is delicious. However, the texture of the cookie was unexpectedly dense and crisp. Having thoroughly enjoyed the Wedding Cookies, Chai Tea, Lemon Poppyseed and Espresso shortbread cookies, I was expecting the Pumpkin Spice Cookies to have a similar light and crumbly texture. Th flavor of the Pumpkin Spice is very tasty but the texture is a bit too dense and firm in my opinion. I am a huge fan of Sweater Box cookies and have always enjoyed your products. I wonder if there is a way to make the Pumpkin Spice cookies a bit more melt in your mouth crumbly? Jane J.
