Backdoor Kitchen Coconut Macaroons

The original recipe was shared by my mentor Robert, the Frenchman I learned chocolate work from. There must be a touch of magic since these are a favorite to those who don't even like coconut.

And since we live at the beach, and not France, we put our own twist on the original recipe for our, very popular, Key Lime Coconut Macaroons.  The choice is yours, Plain, Key Lime or may we suggest a bag of each.  

Each order of macaroons contains 6 macaroons (aka fluffs of deliciousness.)
